Linking Your Accounts

Connect your gaming accounts to enhance your CS2.TEAM experience.

Steam Connection​

Your Steam account is automatically linked when you sign up. This allows us to:

  • Display your CS2 statistics
  • Show your competitive rank
  • Sync your profile picture
  • Verify your gaming history

Making Stats Visible​

For your stats to appear correctly:

  1. Go to your Steam Privacy Settings
  2. Set Game details to Public
  3. Return to CS2.TEAM and refresh your profile

Stats may take a few minutes to update after changing privacy settings.

Discord Connection​

Linking Discord makes it easy for teammates to contact you.

How to Connect​

  1. Go to your CS2.TEAM profile settings
  2. Click Connect Discord
  3. Log in to Discord if prompted
  4. Click Authorize

What Gets Shared​

  • Your Discord username and tag (e.g., Player#1234)
  • Nothing else - we can't read your messages or access your servers

Disconnecting Discord​

  1. Go to profile settings
  2. Click Disconnect next to Discord
  3. Optionally, revoke access in Discord's Authorized Apps

Privacy Notes​

  • You control what's visible on your profile
  • You can disconnect accounts at any time
  • We never post on your behalf
  • Your email is never shared with other users
